GUEST SPEAKER: Rae Butler
Rae Butler is an experienced beekeeper who has a passion for promoting varroa sensitive hygiene in bees and also instigating the industry good Mite Monitoring App project. Rae is also an ambassador for Trees for Bees (a research-based initiative that identifies the seasonal nutritional value in plants pollen and nectar. Rae started the Runny Honey company, has been secretary to the NBA and Varroa Pest Group. She is an AFB and Exotic AP2 Inspector, and also sole trader of the Bee Smart breeding programme.
