Annual Club Extraction Day

• 8:15 am: Preparing the area for extraction at the Hub (upstairs). Volunteers welcome!

• 9:15 am: Removing honey from the hives at the apiary

• 10:00 am: Honey extraction (3–4 hrs) at the Hub (upstairs)

• Uncapping methods

• Creaming honey

• Jarring honey (including weighing)

• 12:30 pm: Lunch at the Hub. Please bring something to share. Tea & coffee will be available.

• 2:00–3:00 pm: Putting the wets back on the hives and clean down of Hub
